I was brought in to assist the KPMG design team for a month during a particularly busy period. During this time, I worked across multiple projects, contributing to image sourcing, concept development, and design execution. The main project I led was the "Customer Experience Excellence Report", a comprehensive digital A4 brochure focused on digital transformation and customer expectations in a shifting global landscape.

For this report, I was provided with a Word document and Excel data, which I transformed into a clean, visually engaging brochure using KPMG’s brand guidelines. My responsibilities included layout design, photo editing to align with brand colours and tone, custom illustrations and infographic development. The cover design features a subtle digital "glitch" effect that I created in Photoshop to reflect the evolving nature of customer experience in a digital age.

This piece reflects my ability to interpret and visualise complex content while staying true to a well-established corporate brand.
